Here's my apt (minus furniture)...... The apt. is in an area called the Boat Club...... It's also within walking distance to the Park Sheraton Hotel. Where you can get American food!
It has a little patio, 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room and of course a kitchen..... Notice all the green trees when you look out of each window........

Looks great Joe! Lots of light and looks nice and roomy! I like the trees outside each window. very nice. And even a nice little BBQ Balcony! Looks realy good. 3 Bedrooms? Are the kids coming in the summer time? Lots of work getting it all set up I know. But it is fun!
And I agree with you, near the Sheraton for American food would be a requirement! You gotta have a burger or a steak once in awhile! Don't cha? You bet!
AND, I want to see the apartment all furnished and you having a good time cooking in the kitchen!
