Day 3 - 2/10/08

I hit the wall today...... No Pictures. I spent the whole day in the hotel. I had breakfast and dinner and the rest of the time I either slept or watched Cricket........

Cricket is a pretty exciting game. India was playing Australia in melbourne. India won by 5 wickets.... Don't ask me how it's played. I'm still figuring it out.

That's all for today...... Maybe more pictures tomorrow....

But can you get a decent cheeseburger?
Wow Joe.
Billy told me last week you were doing this.
It reminds me a little of the Olympics in 88' in Korea.
That was a great adventure in a strange land too.
But travel and living in another country has always been a great experience for me. All Americans should travel and even work in another country. It gives you a more "real" perspective on ourselves, the world and what others thinks is important.
Be safe and have fun!

Catch on to Cricket and you can explain it all to us one day! I'll be tuned in everyday when I get on the computer to see what you are doing!

Hello Joe Gareri. Sunny London here.Bloody cold. Am emailing from a local library. Can not skype from here.

Have a family member who can use skype. Will check with him in the mean time.

Looking from the photos it looks as if you get thunder storms. Is that true.

Cheers, Peter

I believe that you are 5.30 hours ahead.

The clock says 10:00 pm. But here my clock says s11:30 am! How come the difference in the half hour?
And this is Saturday. Am looking for an update on your activities.
Did you find a place to live? (Without overlooking the slums. That would depress me.) And a look at your building where you work and your office would be nice for us all.
Ok, take your time. You have a lot to do!
Hope there is a good (English, American) bar around to take the pressure off!
